At Mondawe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be clear and straightforward.
- 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items. Please note that items requiring assembly cannot be returned unless they have quality issues. We only sell brand-new products; we do not offer second-hand items.
- Conditions for Returns and Refunds
- General Return: You can return items within 30 days if you're unsatisfied. The items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unassembled, with no missing parts, and in their original packaging. Return or exchange costs apply if there are no quality issues.
- Defective Return: If your item has defects, is faulty, incorrect, missing parts, or damaged, it qualifies for a defective return.
Please check items within 48 hours of receipt and report issues promptly. We offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements within 30 days. After 30 days, we cannot accept refund requests.
- How to Initiate a Return
Email us at email@example.com with your order number, clear pictures or videos of the product and packaging. We usually respond within 1-3 business days.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be in original condition for a refund.
- Clearance items are not eligible for return.
Once approved, we'll provide a return label and address. FedEx is our preferred shipper. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned goods and will be credited to the original payment source.
- Return Shipping Costs
Mondawe Inc. covers return shipping costs for:
- Product quality issues within the 30-day return period.
- Defective products not repairable with replacement parts.
- Shipping errors (wrong item, wrong address, duplicate order).
Note: Items must be in their original packaging for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases such as:
- Ordering the wrong item or quantity.
- Providing an incorrect shipping address.
- Returns without a specific reason or due to buyer's remorse.
- Misinterpretation of product description.
- Order cancellation after shipment, even if the item hasn't been received.
- Customer-induced product damage or loss.
- Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Once the parcel is shipped, it will be processed as a return.
- Refund Timeline
- PayPal refunds arrive immediately or may take up to 24 hours to process.
- Credit card refunds take 7-14 business days, depending on your credit card company and intermediaries. If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please contact your credit card issuer or us.
