Shipping Methods (For USA and Canada)

Please note that we do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses. Here's how we ship your orders:

  • Small Parcel: We use trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx for smaller items, ensuring your packages arrive quickly and safely.
  • Oversized Items: For larger items, we rely on LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping to ensure the safe delivery of your purchases.

Order Tracking (For USA and Canada)

Stay informed about your order's journey with us. You'll receive two important emails for each order:

  1. Order Acknowledgement: Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming your order details.
  2. Shipment Confirmation: When your item ships, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation email. This email includes your order number, carrier information, order date and time, order status, and tracking numbers for shipped items. To track your shipment, simply visit our Order Tracking page, enter your email or phone number along with your order ID.

Estimated Delivery Times (For USA and Canada)

Our extensive network of warehouses across the US and Canada allows us to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect for standard shipping:

  • Processing Time (FedEx/UPS/LTL): 3-5 business days
  • Shipping Time (FedEx/UPS/LTL): 3-10 business days

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We're pleased to offer Free Shipping on All Orders within the United States and Canada (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Alaska). We do not ship to locations other than the United States and Canada.

  • When placing an order, please carefully review your personal information, including your shipping address, phone number, and email, to avoid any issues or delays in receiving your order.
  • If a product doesn't meet your expectations or if you've placed the wrong order after it has been shipped, please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
